I DO NOT HAVE CANCELLATION INSURANCE

  • In case of bad weather (rain), your commitment remains confirmed.
  • Any cancellation must be made only by the application form below.
  • You must have received a reply from us by email to consider your request processed.
  • Refunds will be made at the end of the season (november, 15th)
  • Possibility of cancellation or postponement of a date up to 30 days before the booked date.
  • Between 30 and 15 days: cancellation or postponement in case of illness or hospitalization (provide us with the certificates stating that you cannot move and drive a motorcycle. On priority: Certificate of Hospitalization or exit of the Emergency Department, we no longer accept the certificates of attending doctor)
  • From 15 days before the booked date: no cancellation possible for any reason.
  • Warning : For a pilot switch, same level, up to 10 days before the date, request by email mandatory. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the new driver being refused access to the circuit.
  • Coaching, last cancellation deadline = 30 days before the date.
  • Spain, Italy, Portugal : last cancellation deadline = 30 days before the date
  • Motorcycle rental: last cancellation deadline = 30 days before the date
  • Motorcycle transport: last cancellation delay = 30 days before the date
  • Tandem Ride : last cancellation delay = 15 days before the date

I have read the cancellation conditions correctly, my application falls within the scope in terms of time, reason and I have the necessary supporting documents.

 

CANCELLATION REQUEST

I have read the cancellation conditions, my request does not fall within the scope in terms of time, reason and I do not have any justification. I can resell my place to another person at the same level as my registration and notify ACTIVBIKE by email up to max 10 days before rolling.
(after this time, no change of driver possible).

ABSENCE OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

As written in the article L.121-20-4, 2° du French Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal provided for in respect of online selling is not applicable to contracts for the sale of accommodation services, transport, catering and leisure activities which must be provided at a given date or at a given periodicity.
